The 5800 is arguably the most talked about Nokia phone at the moment. The 7710 was the first Nokia touch phone but due the fact that it did not click, thanks to a funny calling system, the 5800 qualifies as the first successful Nokia touch phone. The touch screen can be operated with a stylus as well for extra precision which is accommodated at the back of the phone.
It does justice to being called a music phone with a fast music player that supports formats most other phones have overlooked. The music player can be accessed from the main menu and alternatively through a shortcut. With up to 35 hours of music playback time, it beats even the iPods and the conventional music players. The built in speakers sound really great with an option for 3.5 mm headphones as well.
